Permanent Hair Removal

I started using hair removal cream about a month ago and I was wondering if your hair gets thicker everytime you use it. I also use the cream on my arms too, so I need to know before the hair regrowth will look worse

I just developed a yeast infection and am treating it with the 3-day cream. But on my third day of treatment I have a laser hair removal appointment. Should I change it until it clears up? Does the same apply with while your on your period? I am doing the brazillian procedure
