You should continue shaving. If the hair isn't very visible try to not shave until the appointment. Otherwise, good luck with shaving. At the beginning of the treatment I had to start shaving almost on a daily basis. The biggest pain in the butt and made me feel a lil self conscious. But the end result is totally worth it.
