You should never shave with hair removal cream. This will clog your razor. You could use a razor and women’s shaving cream. Once your finished shaving you should put on an odorless lotion to prevent razor burn.

Don’t use the hair removal and shave your legs with a razor, if you cut yourself and if the chemicals from the hair removal cream gets into the cut, then it’s all bad. Try some conditioner, lotion, or shaving cream. Mens razors are usually a lot better because they use more blades and you get a closer shave. Don’t cut yourself! =)

Just shaving cream. the hair removal cream is a depilatory by itself (so is shaving) the cream usually causes irritation because it is chemically dissolving your hair off im afraid that shaving on top of that may really irritate your skin.

Laser can be permanent but some areas are much more resilient to it and can take longer before they are permanent.
For example, the facial area (lip,chin, neck,etc) take a lot more sessions because of the hormones/glands linked to that area (same reason why most women break out around their chin.) Below the waist laser is very effective and with fewer sessions. Beware – you can’t get laser if you are tanned – the lighter your skin, the more effective it is.
Electrolysis is not the same as laser and stay away from it! I was doing it for about 2 years and it made the hair grow in more because they weren’t doing it right.

I believe SOME laser hair removal is permanent. There are many diff types (eg: IPL) of lasers & best results on pale skin with dark hairs. The 2 beauty clinics I’ve had treatments at have produced very noticeable permanent results on me.
I have had 2-4 treatments done to 3 diff areas and I believe it has definitely produced some permanent results. 3 treatments were done to 1 particular area about 10yrs ago & i havent noticed any more new hair growing there.
They generally recommend 4-8 treaments per area, as hair grows in 3 diff stages so even though hair is there, may not be actively growing (still attached to follicle). Only affects the actively growing hairs.
It is very costly though & can be painful so you may want to ask about pain relief gels.

the reason it takes so long is that there are different hair cycles so some follicles might not even grow out till later in life , but it does reduce the visible amount of hair, it does kill the follicles , and yes it can be expensive. and if done enough time it will completely remove alot of the hair and then you would just go in for occasional touch ups , for example once every 4-5 years.

yes the hair grows in ur hair has cycles that it grows during so ur going to have hair growth untill the process is completed, and yes u can shave untill ur next appointment jus make sure to not shave a couple days before so the laser can pick up the hair
